2.24 抗腐蚀性
测试时间:22天。适用于A、B、C、D型(D型带硬件)。
盐溶液。5% +/-1%
水。使用没有杂质和化学品(氯、碳酸钙、不溶于水等)的相对干净的水,并且在测试时,25°C时的pH值在6.5至7.2之间。
程序。

2.24 Corrosion resistance
Duration of the test: 22 days. Applies to model A, B, C, D (D with hardware).
Salt solution: 5% +/-1%
Water: Use water that is relatively clean of impurities and chemicals (Chlorine, calcium carbonate, insoluble, etc.) and has a pH in the range of 6.5 to 7.2 at 25°C at the time of the test.
Procedure:
1. Measure SPL vs frequency and impedance vs, frequency for the three speaker models. Perform standard rub & buzz test.
2. Adjust the test chamber temperature to 35°C. DUTs should not be operational during this test. Condition the DUT for at least 2 hours before introducing salt fog.
3. Atomize the salt solution continuously into the test chamber for a period of 24 hours. During the entire exposure period, measure the salt fog fallout rate and pH of the fallout solution (at most at 24-hour intervals). Ensure the fallout is between 1 and 3 ml/2000px2/hr.
4. Dry the DUT at standard ambient temperatures and a relative humidity of less than 50% for 24 hours. Minimize handling the DUT or adjusting any mechanical features during the drying period.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 eleven times each (22 days total).
6. Visually examine the DUT, including crossover network, terminals, and all transducers. Post-test the DUT for SPL and impedance, and compare results to the original measurements Perform rub & buzz test.
7. Discuss report with QSC’c TD for approval or possible changes.
