程序

按照可靠性测试计划中的描述，对DUT进行预先测试

清除涂层和污染物，如油、油脂和污垢，这些物质通常不会存在，并可能影响冰在被测物表面的附着力。

使所有的连接和电源到DUT。确保所有的测量参数是正常的DUT和测量系统的正常运行。

降低室内温度到-4℃（或可靠性测试计划中规定的温度），速度不超过3℃/分钟。保持试验室内的条件，直到DUT的温度稳定下来。

用水喷洒DUT，产生3到6毫米深的冰层。

改变试验室内的条件，按照上表中给出的昼夜周期。在循环过程中，根据需要使用喷水，保持湿度、冰的深度和/或结冰条件。

在完成所需的循环次数后，目视检查DUT。

按照步骤1对被测物进行后期测试。

标准

这是一个探索性的测试。在这个测试中发现的故障将被分析和评估为代表真正的产品故障模式的可能性。

报告和行动

在测试过程中，必须采集和记录以下数据。

试验室性能--应创建一个图表，显示试验室对试验曲线的表现。最好是在同一张图上显示出试验曲线的设定点和试验室的测量结果。以下内容应被绘制出来。

o 温度

o 湿度

此外，应记录以下内容。

测试后的视觉结果 - 在测试前检查的所有项目都应在报告中放入测试前和测试后的图片。任何说明都应加上附带的图片

测试后的功能结果 - 报告DUT的功能测试结果。

2.29 Ice-Freeze Thaw

Procedure

 Pre-test the DUT as described in its reliability test plan

 Remove coatings and contaminants such as oil, grease, and dirt which would not normally be present and could affect the adhesion of ice to the surface from the DUT.

 Make all connections and power to the DUT. Ensure that all the measurement parameters are normal for the DUT and the measurement systems are operating normally.

 Reduce the temperature inside the chamber to -4°C (or a temperature specified in the reliability test plan) at a rate not exceeding 3°C/minute. Maintain conditions inside the chamber until the temperature of the DUT has stabilized.

 Spray the DUT with water to produce an ice accretion of 3 to 6mm deep.

 Vary the conditions inside the chamber, following the diurnal cycle given in the table above. Maintain the humidity, depth of ice and/or icing conditions during the cycle as appropriate using the water spray as required.

 Visually check the DUT after completing the desired number of cycles.

 Post-test the DUT as in step 1.

Criteria

This is an exploratory test. Failures found in this test are to be analyzed and assessed on likelihood of representing a true product failure mode.

Reports and Action

The following data must be captured and recorded during the test:

 Chamber performance - A plot should be created that shows how the chamber performed against the test profile. It is best to show the profile set points and the chamber measurements on the same plot. The following shall be plotted:

o Temperature

o Humidity

In addition, the following shall be recorded:

 Post test visual results - All the items checked in the pre-test examination should have a before and after picture put into the report. Any notes should be added with accompanying pictures

 Post test functional results - Report on the functional test results of the DUT.
